Christmas and New Year opening hours
To enable us to have a bit of break, undertake a stock-taking exercise, catch up with our paperwork, and fit in with Royal Mail’s collection schedules, our Christmas and New Year opening hours will be as follows:
Tuesday 24th to Thursday 26th December (inclusive)
Office CLOSED but orders can still be placed on-line and will be processed and despatched on Friday 27th December.
Friday 27th December
Office CLOSED but orders may be placed on-line and will aim to despatch them same day wherever possible. Phone lines will be closed.
Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th December – Office CLOSED.
Monday 30th December
Office CLOSED but orders may be placed on-line and will aim to despatch them same day wherever possible. Phone lines will be closed.
Tuesday 31st December to Wednesday 1st January (inclusive)
Office CLOSED.
Thursday 2nd to Friday 3rd January.
Office CLOSED but orders may be placed on-line and will aim to despatch them same day wherever possible. Phone lines will be closed.
Saturday 4th to Sunday 5th January
Office CLOSED.
Monday 6th January
Back to normal opening hours.
On days where the office is closed, although we will process orders, we will only pop in as/when to do that which is why the phone lines will be closed, enabling us to concentrate on orders while we are here. We also need to undertake a stock-take during this period and do a lot of research for the insurance guide. During this period, our phone lines will remain closed and there will be no facility for you to leave a message for us. We will endeavour to answer e-mails as soon as we can on/after 6th January.
