This retired Swarovski crystal mini cat was part of the “Pet’s Corner” theme group and was latest moved to “The Peaceful Countryside” group when Swarovski changed the group names. This mini cat was designed by Max Schreck and is 1 ¼” (32mm) tall. The cat is made from clear facetted crystal and has black eyes and nose, and a floppy metal tail. This version of mini cat looks in a more sideways direction than version 1 and was available worldwide. Here at The Crystal Lodge, we have seen this version of cat with floppy tails, but also some with a stiffer tail which stands up. We believe that this is because the mini cat was retired in USA earlier than in Europe and was then re-introduced before making its global retirement. Around the time of the re-introduction, the tail of the cat seemed to change from floppy to stiff tail.
