1992 ornament (£500)

This retired limited edition Swarovski Christmas ornament was issued by Giftware Suite rather than Silver Crystal. This ornament has 6 points and has 1992 etched on the central stone. The 1992 ornaments tend to have very minor chips around the hole that is drilled into the top spine where the metal tag is inserted. Just a consequence of the technology back then being not as good as it is now. Boxed in a triangular box, there was no outer “covering” box as Swarovski did not introduce those until 1997. Also please note that prior to 1995, none of the Christmas ornaments are marked with the swan logo as only the Silver Crystal range bore the logo – and not their other lines.

Boxed in a triangular box, there was no outer “covering” box as Swarovski did not introduce those until 1997. Also please note that prior to 1995, none of the Christmas ornaments are marked with the swan logo as only the Silver Crystal range bore the logo – and not their other lines.
