Christmas / New Year opening hours

Just a quick update to let you know that the office and phone lines will be closed from 2pm on Tuesday 23^rd December until 10am on Monday 5^th January.

Orders may still be placed on-line, however, we do not have postal collections on 24^th or 31^st December or at weekends/Bank Holidays, so parcels can only be despatched on 29^th, 30^th or the 2^nd during that period, so anything which arrives after that will be despatched on 5^th January.

We will endeavour to answer e-mails as soon as we can on/after 5^th January. 

This schedule will enable us to have a bit of a break after a very busy Christmas rush period.  We will take turns to come into the office to pack orders on the days where we do have a postal collection.  While we will process orders on those days, the phone lines will be closed to enable us to concentrate solely on getting those orders off to their new homes.

And last but not least …. We wish all our clients and their families a wonderful Christmas and a fabulous New Year.  Thank you again for your continued support and custom – we really appreciate it.
