Christmas/New Year opening hours

Just a quick reminder of our Christmas/New Year opening hours at the Lodge

Thursday 23^rd December – 10am to 2pm, but please do not leave your orders too late or we may not have enough time to despatch them.  24^th December is classed as a Saturday service by Royal Mail (ie not a full working day), so Special Delivery is not guaranteed for delivery then – the guaranteed date for Special Delivery despatched on 23^rd December is 29^th December.

Friday 24^th December to Tuesday 28^th December (inclusive) – Office and phone lines closed.

Wednesday 29^th / Thursday 30^th December – Phone lines closed, but we will pop into the office from time to time, but only to process, pack and despatch orders.  Again, New Years Eve is classed as a Saturday service by Royal Mail, so Special Delivery guaranteed date for items despatched on Thursday 30^th is Tuesday 4^th January.  Saturday 1st January is a non-working day for Royal Mail. E-mail enquiries will be answered on/after Tuesday 4^th January when we return to usual hours.

Friday 31^st December – Office and phone lines closed.

Saturday 1^st – Monday 3^rd January (inclusive) – Office and phone lines closed.

Tuesday 4^th January – Office and phone lines re-open as normal.
