SWAROVSKI MOUSE SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION 2006 (335 PIECES)
Description
Swarovski code number: Not known
Not much is known about this special mouse other than it was a special project of Mr Paul Swarovski and 335 pieces were produced. It is believed that it was a gift given to some European retailers.
It does bear the Swarovski swan logo, but it doesn’t appear to have ever been given an official Swarovski part number or system number.
Because information surrounding the piece is very sketchy, we did wonder whether it started life as an experimental piece – the introduction date is around about the time the first Lovlot collection was produced (the Pioneer collection). It could be, perhaps a piece which was suggested as the first of a new range under development, but it never made it to full production. I guess we’ll never know!
It is approximately just over 2.5″ long, and features silver whiskers and black ears.
The black tail is about 3″ long and resembles a round shoe lace. It is 1.75″ wide and 1.25″ high. The face and back end are polished, not faceted like most Swarovski figurines.
Approximate size: 2.5” long x 1.75” wide x 1.25” high / 6.35 x 4.45 x 3.2 cm
Designer: Believed to be Paul Swarovski
Introduced: 2006
Retired: 2006
