This retired Swarovski crystal cone/rio paperweight is Crystal Cal in colour and has a black flocked base. CAL has a silver mirror coating. It is believed that this shape of paperweight was developed to resemble Sugar Loaf Mountain in Rio de Janeiro.

This paperweight was available in all 10 colours, but only cal and VM were available outside of the European market. The carousel paperweights belonged to the “Decorative Items for the Desk” theme group.
