Shipping rates update

Just a quick post to let you know that despite selecting “all United Kingdom” on our shipping rates as free shipping, apparently the software behind the website doesn’t recognise places like the Channel Islands as UK and put them into Europe at £12! We have now set up a new free shipping zone to include Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands etc which you can now use if the UK option doesn’t work for you. Sorry about that, we didn’t realise the issue until we noticed that orders were being charged (which we, of course, refunded).
